Before the Concert (Arrive at 6:15 p.m.):
Set up snack tables - put on tablecloth/cups/napkins
Sell/Collect tickets at door
Hand out programs

During the Concert:
Suzuki parents needed to sit with the students after their performance
Keep the doors closed during the performances
Watch the hallways/snack area

After the Concert:
Snack table clean up / take home leftover supplies
Check auditorium for items left behind and make sure auditorium is clean
