Payment Deadline
Full tuition payment, or an approved payment plan agreement with the first installment, is due within two weeks of the student’s first rehearsal.Family Discount
Families enrolling more than one student receive a $50 discount for each additional child after the first.Referral Program
Refer a friend and receive a $50 tuition refund per referral!
Referral refunds are issued in December once the referred student is confirmed as registered and actively participating in Lakeland Youth Symphony.
Each referral qualifies for a one-time refund:
$50 refund for students enrolled at the full-year tuition rate.
$25 refund for students enrolled at a modified or partial-year tuition rate.
There is no limit to the number of referral refunds a family may earn.Payment Plans
Families needing additional payment flexibility may request a monthly payment plan by contacting us. Monthly payment plans consist of six equal installments.Scholarships
Lakeland Youth Symphony is committed to making participation accessible to students and families. A limited number of need-based scholarships are available. Families in need of financial assistance are encouraged to contact us.Refund Policy
If you withdraw between September and November, you will receive a 50% refund of any tuition paid. After November, tuition is non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.Questions about tuition or financial assistance?
